5. Returns and Exchanges

We accept returns/exchanges within 15 days of delivery. To qualify:

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, with all tags
• Original packaging (shoe boxes, dust bags) must be included

5.2 Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and customization reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

• Socks and hosiery
• Customized footwear (monogrammed loafers, dyed-to-order ballet flats)
• Bridal sandals and ballet slippers without protective sole covers
• Clearance “Final Sale” items
• Items purchased with promotional discounts exceeding 50% off

5.3 Return Process

To initiate a return/exchange:
