We ship globally (excluding some Asian regions and remote areas) via two reliable methods:

Free Shipping

  • Available for orders over $50
  • Carrier: EMS
  • Processing Time: 1-2 business days
  • Delivery Time: 15-25 business days after dispatch

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a tracking number once your order ships so you can follow your new shoes on their journey to you.

Our Hassle-Free Returns Policy

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for return:

  • Items must be in original condition (unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached)
  • Original packaging must be included (shoe boxes and dust bags)
  • Proof of purchase must accompany the return

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and customization reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Socks and hosiery
  • Customized footwear (including monogrammed loafers or dyed-to-order ballet flats)
  • Bridal sandals and ballet slippers without protective sole covers
  • Clearance items marked “Final Sale”
  • Items purchased with promotional discounts exceeding 50% off

Refund Process
