Our Return Policy

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. All returned items must be:

  • In their original condition (unworn, unwashed, with tags attached)
  • In the original packaging (including shoe boxes and dust bags)

Note: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on socks, hosiery, or any customized footwear. All bridal sandals and ballet slppers must be returned with their protective sole covers intact.

Refund Process
