We ship globally to fashion-forward women everywhere! (Excluding some Asian and remote regions due to logistical constraints). Our Oakland-based team ensures your order is carefully prepared before being dispatched worldwide.

We offer two convenient options:
- Standard Shipping ($12.95): Via premium carriers DHL or FedEx. Processed in 1-2 business days, delivered within 10-15 days after dispatch. Perfect when you need those statement heels quickly!
- Free Standard Shipping: For orders over $50, shipped via EMS. Processed in 1-2 business days, delivered within 15-25 days after dispatch.
How can I track my order?
You’ll receive tracking information via email as soon as your package leaves our Oakland warehouse. This will allow you to follow your fashion’s journey right to your doorstep!
Why does delivery take 10-25 days?
While we process orders within 1-2 business days, international shipping times vary. We choose reliable carriers (DHL, FedEx, EMS) to ensure your footwear arrives in perfect condition. The wait will be worth it when you slip on your new favorite shoes!
Returns & Exchanges
What’s your return policy?
We offer a 15-day return window from the date of receipt. If your shoes don’t fit perfectly or aren’t quite what you expected, simply initiate a return through our website. We want every step in Fashion Feetwear shoes to be confident!
Are there any return restrictions?
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on worn shoes or sandals without their original packaging. All returned items must be in new, unworn condition with tags attached.
How long do refunds take?
Once we receive your return at our Oakland warehouse, please allow 5-7 business days for processing. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
