We provide detailed sizing charts for each product. Generally, our shoes fit true to size. If you’re between sizes or unsure, we recommend sizing up for boots and sizing down for sandals. Remember you have 15 days to return if the fit isn’t perfect!

Absolutely! While styles like high heels and ankle boots are designed for fashion, we incorporate comfort features like cushioned insoles and flexible soles wherever possible. Our ballet flats, loafers, and memory foam sandals are particularly popular for their all-day comfort.

We process orders quickly to get your fashion to you ASAP! If you need to modify or cancel your order, please email us at [email protected] within 2 hours of placing your order with “URGENT – ORDER CHANGE” in the subject line. We’ll do our best to accommodate your request.

We ship globally to fashion-forward women everywhere! (Excluding some Asian and remote regions due to logistical constraints). Our Oakland-based team ensures your order is carefully prepared before being dispatched worldwide.

We offer two convenient options:

• Standard Shipping ($12.95): Via premium carriers DHL or FedEx. Processed in 1-2 business days, delivered within 10-15 days after dispatch. Perfect when you need those statement heels quickly!
• Free Standard Shipping: For orders over $50, shipped via EMS. Processed in 1-2 business days, delivered within 15-25 days after dispatch.

You’ll receive tracking information via email as soon as your package leaves our Oakland warehouse. This will allow you to follow your fashion’s journey right to your doorstep!

While we process orders within 1-2 business days, international shipping times vary. We choose reliable carriers (DHL, FedEx, EMS) to ensure your footwear arrives in perfect condition. The wait will be worth it when you slip on your new favorite shoes!

We offer a 15-day return window from the date of receipt. If your shoes don’t fit perfectly or aren’t quite what you expected, simply initiate a return through our website. We want every step in Fashion Feetwear shoes to be confident!

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on worn shoes or sandals without their original packaging. All returned items must be in new, unworn condition with tags attached.

Once we receive your return at our Oakland warehouse, please allow 5-7 business days for processing. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
